BBV Systems created the construction pit for the new ICE train station at Cologne / Bonn Airport.
The project
For the construction pit of the new ICE train station at Cologne / Bonn Airport, approx. 2,000 m² of girder pile wall, 4,000 m² of sheet pile wall and 250 m² of overlapping bored pile wall were created.
7000 m BBV strand anchors and BBV single bar piles made it possible to construct up to 14 m free-standing sheeting walls.
