Location and access

The PH P 301 is one of several parking garages operated by Daimler AG in Sindelfingen and is located at entrance 1 outside the factory premises. The car park is accessed via Käsbrünnlestrasse, near the Sindelfingen exit on the A 81.

The construction

The car park P 301 of Daimler AG, Sindelfingen plant, is a car park with approx. 3,000 parking spaces, a length of approx. 192.75 m and a width of 91.20 m. The car park consists of 4 parts A. , B, C and D together.

Redevelopment concept

The damage survey showed that the parking garage was in urgent need of repair. However, the concrete damage and chloride content were different in the individual parking levels and components. The execution took place in several lots: Conventional concrete repairs component C, levels 2-4 and component D, deck 2 to 3.Concrete repair using KKS of the floor areas component C, deck 5 and component D, deck 4, components C + D in deck 1 as well the supports of components C + D of decks 1 + 2.

KKS: The floor area repaired with KKS amounts to 17,500 m². In addition, the bases were cathodically protected by 320 pillars. A total of 42 protection zones with 223 sensors for monitoring were created. The entire installation took 5 months.
