The two superstructures (236 m) were each constructed in 6 construction phases.
The project
Pre-assembled prefabricated tendons were installed in the two-legged T-beams. During the concreting of the 3rd construction phase on the first superstructure, the shoring failed, which led to a serious accident. Nevertheless, the first two construction phases did not have to be dismantled, as BBV was able to remove and replace the tendons on the exposed, radiated coupling joint and on the exposed end anchors in extremely cramped conditions.
